Beppe/Oma/Mom

Bruce's mom was in town for a week or so. That's always an entertaining family time as we juggle work and visits and family and friends.

As is our tradition, the boys each took Oma out for dinner and had a great conversation about life, just like they used to do with their Oma and Opa. This time around, a nephew and his wife surprised Oma...and then all of us with a pregnancy announcement!

Beppe is one of Marley's favourites, something she talks about a lot throughout the year. It seems she brought some youth to Beppe too!

Butchart and high tea was a highlight, of course but tea at Abkhazi Gardens was also a hit.

We don't know when she'll be back, perhaps a trip to Ontario might be in store for next time around.
